I was looking at the exercises for your better half and I was really interested in it. However, I realized that there is no direct delt work and I was wondering why? Also, I was wondering if I were to run this program if I added direct Delt work into it would be a problem or a bad idea?
Hey Bryce thanks for the response! I really appreciate the info. Follow up question, you mentioned over head presses but I don’t see any as part of the program and that is kind of what I was getting at with my original question. I’m wondering why that is?
