Hi, running your current program and loving it, however an wondering about the sets. All exercises are only 2 sets which feels kinda low? Am I supposed to add more sets or will 2 sets be enough?
Isn’t Joe’s program focused on reaching failure/fatigue and effective working set? I suppose that the sense of Joe philosophy is that with the right weight,2 sets with 0/1 RIR could be the best choice if one works reaching failure. What do u think?
