Hey Joe,
I have noticed that some of your workouts are only Tri sets or Giant sets, like the one you posted today. But, I guess your general recommendation is to perform a meat and potatoes exercise(s) first (with no supersets) and then to do metabolic finisher.
Could you please explain the reason for this change? I am asking this because I find supersets are ineffective for me, if I do 2 of my meats and potatoes exercises together as supersets instead of separate sets.
