Hey coaches! I know the only way to really know what the right move here is to experiment myself and see, but i just want to hear your general thought. I’m using a precor Icarian design hack squat and I’m up to about 3 1/2 plates on either side. Right now I’m using two orange bands but find that I ultimately fail at the bottom of the last rep. I’m thinking of using one orange and one red band instead. These are the hypertrophy coach bands, by the way. Do you think this is too much help for 3 or 4 plates on the hack? Thanks!
