in your home training you do 2 sets of like 8-10 reps, and the last is amrap.
it’s not a lot of reps (the amrap)?
i feel like those 2 sets are very easy, espacially with band.
if you can share your thoughts about for who those workouts made for and why it’s build this way and not other way..
