    heel elevated back squat, front squat or split squats will be a good alternative.

    hi Daniel,
    I saw a video of Arash rabhar where he mention masturbation doesnt causes any muscle loss or affect the gains. just don’t do it close to hours when you have your workout scheduled.
    and excess of anything could led to some kind ko effect.

    my opinion will be heel elevated front squat or back squats or split squats can work.

    hey harry. Raising elbow on a bicep curl wont help building bicep but can help you active external rotator cuff. plese find the video link for better understanding. watch from 4 min 28 sec
