Thank you so much for the insight guys ! So this brings me to my next question to kind of go off of joes message. If someone is only coming to you let’s say once or twice a week but are still doing their own workouts outside of the sessions with you, should you write out those sessions for them too? Or is that giving away too much value?
GREAT answer ! Thank you man. That’s answers a ton. I still play pro ball currently, and I recently just started my personal training business, so while I love hypertrophy training, I want to be well rounded and train people for all different purposes. Appreciate it!
