Thank you, this really answers most of it, first one especially. Second one still believe is more physiologically, because there is that moment from time to time “should I go for that one or to more” or “not sure, maybe I cannot make it”. Progress, thank God, is there, especially since I started doing banded hacks for example. But like I said, maybe there can be more different things that can affect it, like sleep, food, supplements etc. It cannot be perfect everytime.
