I never met my biological father, I have no idea how that would have impacted my life but I know a Father’s presence makes a huge impression. Hang in there, it sounds like your priorities are in order, perhaps this storm just needs to pass and allow you to get settled into this new rhythm of life.

Always before for me. But I’m 41, work a desk job, etc. I start my workouts with a 10-12 minute treadmill walk to hit 100-calories burned, then go into my mobility/mobile meathead routine. Gets my mind prepped and muscles ready for what’s coming.
No such thing as “clean” foods from my research. I wish you the best in success but it sounds like you have the right tools at your disposal but saying you know better and refuse to use them.

New app update is this Thursday (and it’s a big one!) Joe said he’s going to give a few days for people to adjust for that and then challenge should start on or around the 10th. 👍🏼👍🏼
Do you have a functional trainer? I’d probably need that instead of bands.
Yeah we have a cable machine, two side cables that go floor to about 6′ and a seated cable pulldown in the center. We actually got it for free right before COVID hit and it turned into a huge blessing. I’m not affiliated at all but we’ve really loved all the quality and service from RepFitness, I’d say they’re on par or better than Rogue.
Currently on last day of week 3 in Terrence and Joe’s current program, 100% in our home gym and haven’t had to change much at all. We don’t have a smith machine so for banded JM Presses I’m doing banded scrape the rack presses. 👍🏼👍🏼
