ParticipantI think I’ll need to listen to this voice like a hundred times more to fully understand everything but I think I got the message. Your knowledge is just insane and I love that you actually put in real effort into answering these questions.
Looking so much forward to HCU, I will pay literally anything (probably a dumb thing to say upfront because I probably just doubled the price tag but that’s fine)

ParticipantSounds like a great idea, Joe! You think I could just use the Deltday from BroPertrophy with a reduced amount of sets? I had a look at the Deltday from CannonballDelts but only 3 exercises seems like a REALLY short gym session and that makes me kinda uncomfortable haha

ParticipantWhat I noticed is that my elbow seems to shoot up. I usually press with my elbows at 60ish degree but on this machine after I press a few centimeters it shoots up to about 90 degrees (doesn’t happen with dumbbells etc)

ParticipantThanks you two! Also waiting for Joes response because I need all the input I can get 🤣

September 10, 2022 at 11:46 am in reply to: Adding more Delts to Terrence/Joes current program? #485782Lennart
ParticipantThanks for the reply Bryce but I’m still unsure where to put them.
Because the split goes like this
- Pull
- Push
- Legs
- Off
- Back/Chest/Delts
- Arms
- Off
Where exactly could I put the delt work here without intereferring with their recovery? I’m aware that the offdays are not set in stone but yeah, I’m unsure what would be best.

ParticipantJoe, thank you so much. This was way more extensive than I had ever hoped for. Will do my absolute best to put what you said into practice.
Thank you for this app and the opportunity to get “coached” by an elite level coach like you.Much love

ParticipantIt has 12 weeks but the RIR doesn’t change before week 5 contrary to what Joe said in the video
