ParticipantI warm up by progressing in weight. So if I’m doing squats I’ll do a few with just the bar, then add 45s and keep adding 25s until I am at my working set. Sometimes I’ll work my way up to my 90% max and do one rep before I start the working sets. This is only for the beginning of my workout I don’t do this for every exercise.

ParticipantJust a thought- I am currently doing the upper lower 2.0 and like it a lot as it is a 4 day a week program. If you cut down on the rest time and superset some of the exercises you could get it done in 60-75 minutes. The 5th day could be arms or cardio.
Bro splits are normally 5 days a week. You could also do a PPL and turn it into an 8 day programThis is exactly what I’m doing. I added a fifth day for arms. Most of the programs here are 4 days you just have to figure out what to prioritize and your rest days.

ParticipantSince we’re talking about collaborations I think a strongman program with Alan Thrall would be awesome.

ParticipantMy gym has a westside inverse curl machine so I’ve been substituting that for a seated leg curl.

ParticipantI take a day off after the arm day and then continue until I’m done for the week followed by another day off.

ParticipantYeah I also thought you were coming out with a new arm program because of that post. 😬
Take a look at the Ben Pollack program that has a lot of arm workouts.November 5, 2021 at 4:02 pm in reply to: Progression on main lifts during Ben Pollack programme #164068Diego C.
ParticipantNot sure if it was only me but those 3 videos weren’t showing up a few weeks ago. Anyways glad they’re back up since I started this program this week.

ParticipantI think you should be fine to start the next program since the first few weeks are more for preparing you and getting you familiar with the exercises.
