ParticipantProbably high sodium intake/ not balanced with potassium intake. Excess sodium holds water, without proper potassium levels to balance it could retain x amount of water. Hope this helps

Participant1&2 are regular sets, then the 3rd is a double drop

ParticipantI think that myth has been debunked plenty though Daniel. In particular I am pretty sure Layne Norton has debunked it thoroughly.
Thanks for the info! I just started follow layne, I missed that video while scrolling through his youtube.

ParticipantWhat’s the magic number for what is absorbed per meal?
I believe for natural lifters it’s around 25-35, some say up to 50. Viscosity also comes into play I believe. For enhanced lifters I wanna say they can digest up to 70/75. I would go on pubmed and just enter protein digestion rate or something like that to get a better understanding. My professor who is a national weight lifting coach/competitor was talking about it last year, but forgot the exact numbers so I don’t wanna spew some bullshit to you! I’m sure Bryce or Joe will respond too

ParticipantWhat do you mean when you say “in between”, do you mean doing “sled push” in the end of my leg workout or in my other training days?Do you have an alternative for sled push? My gym don’t have a sled
I think he means on your other days such as the push/pull days or how ever it’s formatted (I haven’t personally done it). And if you have a stationary bike at your gym, joe mentioned that would be good.

ParticipantI will sometimes just drink the egg whites by themselves! It’s definitely an easy 50 grams of protein, but just a heads up you’re not fully digesting all 100 grams of protein, you might wanna do just the 2 scoops of protein, or just the egg whites (I suggest the 2 scoops of protein post workout and then the egg white carton maybe before bed or whenever you can’t get a meal in.

ParticipantThank you Joe! Therapy has been on my mind and I agree with you on it being more complex than just finding one solution. I’ll try to find the best doctor in this field. Another question, would you say the anabolic doc is a credible source for expanding my knowledge on anabolics/trt? I’m a clinical exercise science major and eventually want to either become an athletic trainer for a pro team or become a coach like you/bryce, leading me to want to expand my knowledge for anabolics like I said. I’ve been going on pubmed when i’m eating or watching his videos while doing cardio and wanted to know you’re input.
