ParticipantThank you bryce! I had some “high” kidney levels on my last blood test (taken around june of last year) and I believe it was caused by high potassium/protein intake because I drink around 1.5 gallons of water a day so doubt it was dehydration. So I’ll try to see if anything else stood out that could be causing it.

ParticipantI forgot to add, August of 2020 my state allowed gyms to open and within a 2-3 month span I put on around 50 lbs of mostly fat when eating around the same I would eat in a bulk pre-covid. Went from 170-220 ish, I’ve always been able to digest everything super fast and not allow much fat gain. This was with lifting and some cardio incorporated too.

ParticipantHi there!
This is how I usually do it: for around 70-80g of oats:
3 dl rice milk, 1,5 dl water, let it boil, put the oats in, cook for 2,5-3 minutes while stirring continously. If I want it a little more “running”, I keep the liquid, decrease the oath to around 60g, and go for 2,5 minutes. 🙂Thank you!

ParticipantEat more, I’m sure you know to find your maintenance calories, but also account for calories while burning during lifting and whatever you do for work unless you just sit at a desk all day. If you’re 6’5” chances are your maintenance will be pretty close to what you’re eating now since that is pretty tall and your body will require a decent amount of energy just to function. I’m 6’1” and 150 at the start of a bulk and I found milk (which I’m sure most coaches won’t recommend) helped a lot, easy calories on top of a meal. Also I know the coaches are big on fruit so maybe try some dried fruit to snack on, easy and digestible carbs. Hope this helps

ParticipantFor the first 2 phases I did all four days on then 1 day off, then phases 3 I did Push, Pull, rest, legs, arms rest. Everyone’s recovery is different and I bet the coaches will agree so just feel it out based on your recovery.

ParticipantYou can try doing broga a few times through out the day if it’s scapular related. I had pain doing dips/ and some pressing movements and it got better for the most part.

ParticipantOne more question, when you say you take one of the vitamin B complex’s before training is that before the meal or the training itself?
