ParticipantFor sure! Tons of pros do that, especially considering how taxing workouts like legs and back are. Remember, there is no perfect split: its all about what you enjoy, can recover from, and can progress consistently. You could totally set up lets say an 8-10 day rotation and go through it 2 on 1 off

ParticipantI think you should be more disciplined, if you start to see resulsts, you will keep going to the gym, if you really want to achieve your goals in the life, not only in the gym, you have to be disciplined, patient and constant
