Thanks Joe, I struggle with keeping a neutral spine as I have rounded shoulders from desk work all day so at the moment I’m just practicing form and so using very little weight as I lose the neutral spine quiet quickly. Hence when the Smith Machine isn’t available in my gym I make the swap. I’m clearer now though , think I was just caught off guard by the name of the swap being low back extension, but you do explain in the video that to lower the pad for a hip flexion movement.

Hey Coach, thanks for the reply. Good to know, I have been feeling pretty beat up recently but hate the thought of losing my progress gained with my running. Building as much muscle as possible is priority though so I’ll find new cardio as suggested. Thanks again
Hey Bryce, just want to follow up to say thanks, I implemented your advice and found the sweet spot to stand and raise my heels and achieved a good knee dominant Squat, much appreciated for the advice
