So I think I’ll go with the Push pull lower.
If I add these workouts into it is that okay since they’re higher in volume mainly? Or should I just run the program as a 6 day program but do the same workouts 2x instead of changing the workouts?

Also, my lower back always seems to be taxed when I do bent over rows. Especially after I stopped doing them for a while along with conventional deadlifts. I feel like that plays a roll in my lower back taxing so fast.

I do have straps. But I’m not sure how good they are.
Are straps usually all the same or are some a lot less effective? I just got a pair off of Amazon. Not like a well known brand or anything like that.
So if I were to switch to a more balanced program. Should I finish the rest of the program before moving on, even though I’m only on my 3rd week?

Damn, you’re unlucky they haven’t answered. I will try my best. The JM press is not bad for your shoulder since there is little to no torque at the shoulder joint. I don’t know the difference between the two grip widths. Yes, the attachment is called wrist cuffs, they’re very usefull.
