    Thank you so much Bryce, you’re awesome! Will go through the guidance section and all… But the workout doesn’t change much from what I saw, same exercices for 12 weeks just some change in sets/reps!

    One last thing, what is the block 3 thing Joe talked about? Is it the last 3 weeks added? Thanks again so much💪

    Thanks a lot Joe, that did clarify a lot to me! I am someone who like to see the whole 6 weeks program saved in so that I know what I am doing in advance so this is what I meant if there’s a way to save it in pdf because it’s easier to have it if I’m not connected to the app or don’t watch the videos while training!

    Thank you for the reply, the pre, intra and post are supplements no? do you consider them as meals? can you also give an example of what you are eating in those meals? thanks again.
