Great work man! Have you followed any particular programs here or made your own workouts/programs based on Joe’s work etc?

Perfect, thanks for taking time Bryce. Recovery and nutrition will be taken care of (as it always should be) but I am more new to how one would split up the sessions. It makes sense to do the heavier lifts first. I like your PPL2 split, would something like this make sense also(attached pictures, AM and PM – push day as an example)? Again, the sessions will be short but effective

    Hi Erik,

Sorry to hear you are having an issue.

    We have checked your account,

It seems you have no unfinished program.

So in that case, Once you start any program on the app it will start from the week 1.

Can you please check this again

Let us know if all ok now.

It works now! Thanks for your help and quick response

Bump! Would like to know if one can “clean” out all exercises done and start the program over

I follow the ppl2 split, but started straight at week 9. Will probably repeat week 9-12 several times with goal of increasing weight used

400 isn’t much. I wouldn’t worry too much about it and stick with my calorie target the upcoming day

Plan to do this with your PPL2 program. Started straight from week 9 myself.

Appreciate the response. One thing that could make this app even more awesome than it already is, is a forum page where those who want could make their own logbooks. That way people can view each other’s “journeys” and comment each other’s progress. Just a thought for future plans! Otherwise, enjoy the content in this app. Great work

Really appreciate you taking time Joe. As I am a new user of the app, I haven’t gotten to check out most of the videos yet. Will watch them asap.

OP here: Appreciate you guys taking time. I know Terrence made the same switch actually. I’ve decided to give it a shot. This PPL 2 is much “simpler” than what I am used to, but I imagine it could be a nice change of pace. Definitely easier to log book yes
