ParticipantHey Stephen. In my opinion I wouldn’t be too concerned about what’s going on. A month is easily enough to lose a strong neurological connection to the movements you’ve been doing for the past several years. I would continue to do the same exercises and just trust that your body will adapt and get back to where you were previously. I’ve gotten that “achy” feeling in my joints when I’ve come back to working out after a sickness and extended time away. Trust your body’s ability to heal itself and adapt
