So what should I do for weight progression if, for instance, I use 30 lb dumbbells for the top set for curls and get 8, which is the top of the intended rep range, but then I drop to 25 lb trying to get 12 reps during the lighter set and only get ten. Should I move only the heavy set up in weight for next time, or should I keep it the same until I max out both of them?
