    im eating like 1800 calories a day
    lost 4% bf in two and a half months
    im following the half body program i cut my volume from 4 sets to 3 not including warm up
    is there a video on exercise selection

    she is 59 a beginner this is the first time i m in this situation
    so suppose she comes back
    would you say i should prescribe a one arm row or any unilateral upper body movement
    or any one arm exercise would be a good idea?

    i use to do crossfit and really enjoyed can it help develop strength and other skills
    that will compliment hypertrophy?

    Eric Helms’s nutrition and training pyramids books maybe the only ones you’ll need and they are fully referenced Brad Schoenfeld’s science and development of muscle hypertrophy very “nerdy” and technical but has takeaway key points.
