ParticipantI have 4 pressing movements and 2 fly movements for chest in this program. This as Iβm aware also works front delt quite a bit. Do you believe this is enough front dealt work and no direct work is needed on shoulder days?

ParticipantWould you still recommend this even if Iβm bulking? Iβm putting on every week quite a bit so Iβm presuming some of it has to be fat. Would just upping activity and eating a bit less be a good idea for fat loss at my age?
