I’m asking because I recently got access to these machines and they feel so much better for some reason. Much smoother feeling and the preacher curl is hard as F. Maybe I just have weak biceps lol

I used to do PPL off repeat, but once I started implementing more off days my recovery and my lifts improved significantly.

Thanks to both of you for the response. I always loved training but you two were able to bring that love to another level. Thank you for the info you provide in this app and on social media. This passed year using the app I completely changed my body, my perspective and knowledge of training for the better. If I got to this point is because of your programs.
