I do indeed have monkey arms ๐Thanks to both of you for the response. I always loved training but you two were able to bring that love to another level. Thank you for the info you provide in this app and on social media. This passed year using the app I completely changed my body, my perspective and knowledge of training for the better. If I got to this point is because of your programs.

ParticipantIโll just stick to DB press eight flat or slight decline/incline. The pain in the ass is to kick them up into position. Thanks for your response!
