If I’m running a program and my gym doesn’t have a machine when I switch change for recommended exercise next week I have to obviously make the switch again. And there my data is never saved. It only wants to save the input from the original program exercises.
Does this hold true for the Terrence prep program too? I need to peak in about 16 weeks. Was planning on running anti flamingo for 4 weeks and then switch to Terrence Prep 2021 12 weeks out. I am an advanced trainer. Should I skip the first block in that program? Now worried that I spend the next 8 weeks in a first block phase and flute gainz are minimised.
