    Thanks for the clear explanation and looking forward for the new updates that are to be introduced. No doubt that they will be awesome!

    I have another question which is a little bit arbitrary. I will be using the 2 sets as my starting point, but how long would you suggest I wait until I introduce the third set for a certain exercise that needs more volume?

    Do you have a fixed method when you add the third set such as always adding it after the first block? Lets say for example the first block is 4 weeks. Or do you recommend otherwise?

    Thanks Joe for the awesome advice. I’ll be programming the leg press as the last exercise then as you suggested and see how it goes.

    I mainly asked because i saw a youtube video lately were they stated that you can eat 3 meals a day and as a ‘snack’ in between you can take EAAs to keep protein synthesis high.

    (He didn’t specify if all protein intake of the whole day was divided between these 3 meals).

    Thanks Joe. Everything makes sense now.

    However, after your answer, i came up with another question.

    Lets say the squat racks are occupied and therefore decide to start your first quad exercise with the hack squat.

    Since as you said the squat pattern has a very high skill set, would you still consider doing a knee dominant squat as a second exercise after the hack squat?

    Or would you rather move on to an ‘easier’ movement? (Such as leg extensions or leg press).
