ParticipantNope, it depends on you needs if you want burn more calories do more, if you want to burn less do less steps.
From longevity perspective 7000 steps are enough due to studies, from more you didn’t archive any healthy goals.
I recommend you just to know how much steps you do from accounting standpoint. If it’s necessary you can adjust your steps to correspond with you calories – if you need more calories expenditure increase steps, if you need less decrease steps. Just adapt to your goals.Milen Mladenov
ParticipantAlso one more question from me – which program is best for focus on back and chest. Programs of Terrence are more focused on arms. I suppose best choose will be one of specialization programs for back or chest and for example if I chose HC gives you wings I must add additional pec day.

ParticipantNo evidence behind this supplement, just marketing. Few years ago I review researches and didn’t find any legit evidence for the product. My recommendation is to maximize overall process(sleep, training, diet, recovery).
