Thanks for the reply, even when I am getting the hamstrings stretched or fully lengthened and keeping the tension on them I find that I still feel it in my lower back to get them fully stretched.
Do you think a weight belt would help Bryce?

Thanks for the reply. Would I continue to use creatine on the days leading up to it?

Thanks Joe, I’m reading Chris Beardsley books now. His point on force production is really interesting and makes sense.
I love killing myself towards the end of my session with metabolic stimulus after the logbook stuff and ever since I have been following your programming i have been getting the best results i have ever had. I was reading about seperating the stimulus and just wanted your take on it.
    Cleared alot up for me.
    Cheers.

Thanks Joe you cleared alot up for me there.
So use the most efficient way to build muscle i.e your site and the most specific I should get is to focus on muscles that are used for my sport.

    One more question Joe.

So would it matter if I trained unilateral or bilateral?

Or again is it just focus on the most efficent way to build muscle bilaterally and keep my sports training seperate.

    Thanks very much Joe.
I tryed to squat again yesterday and could feel the pain coming back. Its not immediate during the squat. The pain could be described as a throbbing in both knees after and a sharp pain in my right knee.
I think I will just not squat for now and try other quad variations like you said.
    Thanks again Joe.
