    How do you get out of the program you on ? In bed the glute but stuck on shoulders I wanted to see the split before I chose which to start with

    Thank you so much for the in depth response. Very helpful. It is epigastric hernia . I will contact my GP ( general practitioner) per your recommendation and discuss the surgeon’s weight limitations.

    I use resistance bands regularly for warm up and activation before weights so will start from there and increment gradually to weights
