Thanks for the reply mate, I’ve decided to jump back upto 2000 to 1800 cals per day and I feel so much better, yeah I get you now, I was starving my body at 1400 cals per day, so I’m just gunna ride out at 2000 cals per day for awhile and see where that goes, I can already see my self getting fuller from a few days and I’ve got so much more energy in and out that gym, I’ll keep you both updated:)
And I’d do that for the remainder of the cut?
So would you say 5 days I eat at 1400 and then the other 2 I eat 2000 cals?

Cheers pal, I’m currently going dropping the weight on it and building my way back up and seeing if I can progress on it that way, yeah I’ve been counting my cals and eating clean for about a month, I’m currently 20% body fat and I’m cutting to get to 15%, so I’m eating around 1800 cals a day, 165g of protein 🙂
