Ahhh, got it. Sorry about that, I think I misinterpreted the question. Just from a personal standpoint I have ran 5 or 6 of different programs, in surplus and deficit, and all were great in either situation…except Ben Pollack’s, it’s a BEAST. Ben, hope everything is going your way. One of the coaches will most likely chime in with a more nuanced answer, but just keep in mind diet controls fat loss. Any of the programs offered do an excellent job of building muscle (if done properly) which in turn “may” help with fat loss somewhat but primarily fat loss comes from the diet end of the spectrum.October 25, 2022 at 7:39 pm in reply to: Recommended split for 2 days a week #537536

The coaches will have a more thorough answer but maybe they got a little leaner but muscle still there and getting incrementally bigger. Guess diet would attribute as well with that statement. Out of curiosity were you getting stronger?

And even that is debatable. Did you notice the “h” placement relative to the “g’s”? That affects a lot.

Swipe left to delete or edit amount of the line for the day. Currently no way to delete if from list of foods that you choose from.
