ParticipantI see so when i click on it, it puts a + next to the weight, I assume is to sognl I am doing body weight plus X amount of lbs extra?
You are correct
CP
ParticipantI am pretty sure Jack is correct. You follow the set scheme at the top of the workout name and the drop set is done after the last set, so set 3 then drop weight and do drop set.
CP
ParticipantAfternoon. There’s a pretty in-depth video in the library about most of the stuff referenced above. Hope this helps.

ParticipantHi Pablo,
Sorry to hear you are having an issue.
We have checked this for your account and I am really sorry to say that we are unable to replicate the issue.
If you have a minute could you please share a full screen recording of what happens along with your device details ( e.g phone model, software version ) to support@hypertrophycoach.com and we will get sorted for you as a priority.
+1 on both of these. IPhone 7 15.3.1. Has happened through at least the last 3 updates of the app with my end. Can’t speak for Pablo, but With the app freeze I can click the home button to go to home screen (without closing app) , then double click the home button and go back into the app after being suspended for half a second and the screen I was trying to get to will have refreshed and is now where I need to be with functionality. It’s only intermittent. The audio is only intermittent as well but the only way to stop it is close the app and go back in. If you go to another topic and press play when it happens both the previous audio and the newly clicked audio will play at the same time.

ParticipantSorry to butt in and I am sure the coaches will have a more elegant answer but just from my experience only, I was skeptical at first with the lower volume these programs recommended as I came from a “need to do more mindset” as well. But I quickly discovered after I “trusted” the program that I was doing WAY to much work and was surprised, pleasantly, that I actually was growing instead of shrinking. Which is what I feared.
One caveat, everyone is different so you may need more or less work depending on how your body responds (recovery, nutrition , etc). The app has a template PPL 2.0 (ppl 2 times though for the week) or the original PPL that is 3 days a week (or you can run the same week twice through). It also has all of the rest times labeled, set ranges, and frequency laid out for us.CP
ParticipantThe sets were moved it to the “i” button on the upper right hand side. Screen shot below to help.

ParticipantIt should say the range when you remove the set count you did for the last workout (screenshot). I think Joe said they were thinking about moving to an easier place to see.

ParticipantJoe, in case needed for support, it also pauses/stops if the exercise video for the current set being done is watched. After exiting the video the timer as stopped. It may be the same fix as switching apps as mentioned by the OP above but incase not…..just wanted to mention it. Thanks again for all of your (and your team) work on this amazing app! Life changing, Literally.
CP
ParticipantAs ALWAYS on point sir. Appreciate your commitment and work on this app and all the programs. Phenomenal is an understatement!
CP
ParticipantYes. It should pick up at the same place you left off should you decide to go back to it.

ParticipantI stand corrected. I am sure there is a reason but it starts at week 9 on the Delt program. It may be different weeks in other programs as well. PPL is the only one I have ran fully. The half body appears to not have any but you can still add if you want at the end of the workout for the day by hitting “add pump work”.
CP
ParticipantThinking you can just redo the week if you want to do the exact same exercises as the log book tracks by day and will show progression there. Also you can add workouts to the end of the week if you want to add different exercises. I have done both. Screenshot below.

ParticipantHere is the screen shot from week 5 and after on PPL.

ParticipantIt can either be added at the end of the work out or after about week 5 of the specialization programs it will be at the very end of the workout. You have to be “inside” the program to see them, they won’t show up in the over view. Screenshot from each below. One from weeks 1-4 in PPL (where you would have to add it in) and one where it shows up starting at week 5 in PPL (shows automatically at the end of your workout)
