    idk if you’re asking coach but i take vitamin D3 12000IUs FISH oil ashwaganda and beef liver every morning makes me feel great d3 for testosterone fish oil for healthy heart skin nails ashwaganda for stress lower cortisol levels= bigger gains and beef liver so many benefits i’ll let you do you’re research i recommend all of them

    click on the ? then click workouts and look for abs, i’m currently doing the bottom titled abs and it’s awesome !

    So i’m used to doing 4 sets 12 reps on my workouts, i just hopped the current program and the workouts are 2 sets 6-8 reps i’m afraid i’m not gunna be doing enough to build muscle, do i have to increase the weight ?? or can i do as many sets as i please what is recomnded?
