Thanks for the advice Joe, really appreciate the reassurance. Going to cut the volume significantly and focus more on the quality of the sets/exercise selection. I’ve seen on here that most of time less is more, especially if the quality is there. Joining has significantly improved my efficiency in the gym so I’m confident the quality will be better than ever. Recovery is something that I now notice I have overlooked in the past but will definitely prioritize that in the coming months. Looking forward to taking on this new approach, thanks again Joe!!
