    I was literally going to.ask the same question. Looking forward to joe/bryces response to this. I especially wonder woth pulling movements, coz i can continue pulling a good bit but isnt 100% so is that me done??

    Yes thanks joe. I agree i find 1 RIR much easier to gauge so ive definitly been getting closer to that. Just didnt want to leave myself short so thanks joe makes sense mate

    So where there is a squat/leg press exercise in my program just leave them out and replace with the activation exercises???

    Thanks again bryce, ill try the split squats i think depending how knee is. Yesterday was bad, it caved on me walking a couple times. Feels better today though. Thanks bryce
