    Thanks Bryce, my thought process here is I would be prioritizing incline/upper chest on the PushB in this example. I also thought of doing a PullA and PullB where one would be more “upper back” focused and the other would be a LAT focus.

    good question I’ve done a further back-off so it would be 12-15 but I’m not sure that’s right – this is also for calves
