Can you please email me directly at hypertrophycoach@gmail.com ?
I found the issue was that the address you used came back as “invalid” so they didn’t want to ship it there, just in case. Please email me the exact address you want them shipped to and I’ll get them out asap (or you can type it here if you prefer)

    Sent!

Agree with CP. i went from relatively higher volume to this, doing literaly 2 sets for 90% of my exercises, and I’ve BLOWN UP. Intensity and owning the movement/truly using the target muscles is more important and effective for growth imo

I think that wasn’t implemented yet. There’s a bunch of updates theyre working on. Another thing I asked about thats coming is the ability to make our own entire weeks/programs

I’ve been gaining 2-3lbs a month since July and still haven’t gained more than maybe 0.5in on my waist. I’d say if youre gaining more than 1kg a month (at least if you’re trying to lean bulk) you could pull calories back a bit

I’d say side delt, but definitely don’t neglect rear delt. You need it to get that round look especially when looking from the side. Delts are my best part and I only do one front delt exercise (machine shoulder press) but 2 for both other heads

Obviously not them but I’m actually doing the same thing (one tricep exercise on pull days, one bicep on push days) and I do some crossover but try to have as much variety that still allows for progression/movements I love

The rep range at the top of the screen is a general indication, but usually when you look specifically at set 1 and 2, it’ll usually be something like set 1: 5-8 reps, set 2: 8-15 reps. So the 1st set you’d look to go heavier and the 2nd set is more of a back off set with lower weight, but a higher rep range.

Exactly. You need to check within each exercise specifically

I take it for joint pain, its a LIFE – SAVER. Night and day difference when taking it vs not.

As a high schooler myself, I would focus on the importance of it on performance, but also tie it back to looks 😅. A high protein, nutrient rich diet will help us build muscle, feel and perform better, help us get more confident as we get stronger and look better, and hopefully this comes will more romantic success. It’s also great to hear that you’re following such great coaches for information because from my experiences tons of high school coaches are clueless when it comes to actual muscle building, proper form, etc

Most of the time exercises don’t change. But the RIR, volume, intensifiers, etc are adjusted/added

Gorilla Mind – Mode for Stim + Pump, Nitric – Just Pump but slightly more than Mode. Great price, flavor, and effectiveness/dosing

Heaviest weight at top set (lower reps), about 85% of that weight for the backoff set
