Yeah if there is anything I’d say chest and tris lack the most, thankfully ive brought them up tons recently since finding some exercises i love from you and pushing hard. Delts are definitely my strongest point but I wouldn’t mind doubling down on them so I think I’ll just throw in one or two exercises for them on that Arm day. If I have any more questions I’ll make sure to reach out

Participant^only 162 (started this bulk at 146 in July) at 5’10 so I know I can grow tons all around just curious if any specialization could be more beneficial in your eyes for the time being

ParticipantI think it comes down to how high the intensity in these programs is. I truly go to failure every single set, every exercise, every session and no matter how long I’ve been doing it, I’m still sore as hell after leg day, and sometimes can’t do them for another 4-5 days.

ParticipantAt the end of the day its about the total calories/macros. Meal timing (especially more protein feedings) throughout the day may be a bit more optimal, but if IF fits your schedule/lifestyle the best and you can still manage to eat enough then more power to you
