My second part to the question would be: what if I did only set for each exercise (10-15 ) per session? Surely it won’t be as much as if I did 3-4

ParticipantIn the past , I would do full body programs of 10-12 diff exercises, but I feel like that’s too much! Performance gets affected and I end up dragging myself

ParticipantI don’t think it really matters. It might make more sense to put them first because it’s such a compound movement. Joe and Bryce can chime in on this

ParticipantYou can also do it on a slight decline bench by attaching a band to a dumbbell at your feet.
Standing is fine it’s just less efficient having to do one leg at a time.
