So Ben Pollack and I have put our brains together to create and effective, efficient and legit PowerBuilding program that will get you epic results, AND programming you can actually recover from.
And as an added bonus for you hypertrophy masochists out there, I’ve included a bonus block of programming at the end of the program called the “Kill Ben Block”. Per Ben’s request I wrote programming that would kill your average full grown Rhino. So if your up for the challenge…please proceed to block 3. But be warned, most people WILL NOT recover from it, and could potentially joint Rhinos on the endangered species list. So don’t say I didn’t warn you!
