I come from doing crazy high volume training Usually 30-40 set of one muscle group a workout.I,m young and feel I could reciver from them, but realize I never put the right amount of intensity or execution in any of those sets. I did your chest workout today and after 1 working set of incline bench I felt like I was going to throw up. Such a huge difference in training. I actually felt my chest doing the work. In total I think it ended up being 7 sets...but those 7 sets were more ...
