Hey joe, first off loving the cannon ball delt program!!! Second, I have training consistently since I was 11, Turning 36 today lol, I have always been obsessed with getting big round shoulders! However it has been next to impossible!! My pressing strength is very good! I can push press well over 300 lbs and my strict press is a little over 250 lbs. however when it comes to exercises like side raises I barely ever go over 15 lbs if I’m trying to stay strict. Is this normal and will weights like this inhibit my shoulder growth? Thanks!
How high should we set the pulleys?
When you’re seated, I’d say around hip height.
