Hey Joe. I’ve. Been doing this exercise with bands. How would you suggest to progress? The jump in “weight” from one band to the next is big. Is there a way to add a small incremental change?
Get smaller bands. Or “twist” the band you have a measured number of times to make it tighter
Perfect. And chains just came in the mail today!
Doesn’t it put your shoulder in a vulnerable position? Hyper extension of shoulders?
As Joe mentioned, don’t let the shoulders elevate/protract
